Form Data
Our general contact form is used for our legitimate business interests, such as booking enquiries and general correspondence. Contact submitted through this form is delivered to our email address via a 3rd party SMTP service (Gmail Oauth2.0) to ensure email delivery.
This data is held indefinitely unless you ask us to remove it.
Media Data
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Your media will remain on our website indefinitely unless you choose to delete it.
Spam Prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact forms to prevent unauthorised spam usage. This captcha service doesn’t usually require any direct user input. Turnstile analyses your behaviour on this site to determine if you are a legitimate user and remains GDPR compliant as it does not rely on tracking user data across other websites.
Usage & Analytic Data
To continually improve user experience on our website, we make use of different usage monitoring services. Currently, we use Independent Analytics because it doesn’t use cookies or track personally identifiable information.

Google fonts are in use on this site- these are self-hosted for the sake of privacy.
